The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.402/2017 registered under Sections 308/323/506/34 IPC at PS Jyoti Nagar. Status report not filed. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 02.02.2018, co-accused Sanjay Panchal was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Bail Appln. 2364/2017. The nature of injuries sustained by the victim is 'simple'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is willing and ready to join the investigation anytime. Let the petitioner join the investigation before the Investigating Officer on 20.02.2018 at 04.00 p.m.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
