% 29.11.2019 Petitioners are seeking protection from respondents No.2 and 3, as they are apprehending threat to their lives at their hands. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that a complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. against respondents No.2 & 3 is pending before the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate. Upon notice, learned Additional Standing Counsel for respondent No.1/State submits that protection required will be provided to the petitioners.

Let Mobile number of Beat Constable, Division Officer as well as SHO be provided to the petitioners forthwith so that in case of an exigency, petitioners can contact the concerned officials. In view of above, learned counsel for petitioners does not press this petition, while seeking liberty to pursue the complaint under Section W.P.(CRL) 3339/2019

This petition and application stand accordingly disposed of as not pressed, with liberty as prayed for.
