% 12.04.2018 By this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner has prayed for quashing of FIR No.
257/2006 under Sections 193/195/409/420/120B/34 IPC registered at police station Patel Nagar, in view of settlement arrived at between him and respondent no.2, the complaint.
Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by ASI Surjeet Singh of police station Patel Nagar. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 11th August, 2016, in as much as he has received the entire settled amount of `83,000/- from the petitioner. He further says that he has no objection in case aforesaid FIR is quashed qua the
petitioner.
It is noted that FIR has already been quashed qua co-accused Tejpal Singh Tuli, Varinder Kaur Chawla and Kulvinder Singh Tuli in W.P.(CRL) 3406/2016, in view of the settlement. Accordingly, in view of settlement arrived at between petitioner and respondent no.2/the complaint, the aforesaid FIR is quashed qua the petitioner. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
