% 08.11.2016 The petitioner has preferred this transfer petition to seek transfer of complaint case No.758/1 titled Sahil Grover Vs. Richa Grover & Ors. pending in the Court of Ms. Mayuri Singh, MM-01, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to the Court of Ms. Richa Gosain Solanki, MM, Mahila Court, South West, Dwarka, Delhi, where the final report/ charge-sheet stands filed in case FIR No.14/2014 under Section 406/ 498A/ 120B/ 34 IPC. Learned counsel for respondent No.2, on instructions, states that the respondent No.2 has no objection to the said transfer.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The aforesaid complaint case stands transferred to the Court of Ms. Richa Gosain Solanki, MM, Mahila Court, South West, Dwarka, Delhi, or the successor Court, as the case may be where case FIR No.14/2014 is pending.

Both parties state that they are interested in early resolution of the case. In case they both cooperate and did not take any undue adjournment, the Trial Court shall expedite the disposal of the case. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
