The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, seeks the following prayers: - "a.

Initiate Contempt proceedings against the Respondent/Contemnor Ms. Lavi Goyal (Respondent/ Contemnor) D/o Mr. Jai Kumar Goyal for breach/non- compliance of Mediation Settlement Dated 31.10.2023 before the Dwarka Court, Mediation Centre, New Delhi and punish them in accordance with Articles 215 of the Constitution of India r/w section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971; and b. Pass an appropriate order and direct the Respondent/Contemnor to abide by and honour the statement made by her on 22.11.2023 in HMA Case No. 3705/2023 before the Hon'ble Family Court, Dwarka, Delhi; and/or c. Pass such further orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."
