The present contempt petition under Sections 2/10/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "(i) Initiate contempt of Court proceedings against the Respondent under Section 2, 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India and inherent powers of this Hon'bleCourt; and (ii) Punish the contemnors for willful disregard and disobedience of the judgment and order passed by the learned Trial Court of Sh. Ravinder Singh- 1, Judge, Family Court-02, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in HMA No 268/2023 Dated 21.11.2023 as well as willful and deliberate non-compliance of an undertaking given by way of affidavit and on Oath before the Learned Court in above said HMA 268/2023 on 21.11.

2023, to abide by the terms of Memorandum of Settlement dated 06.02.2023 and the joint petition filed under Section 13 B (1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955; and · (iii) direct the Respondent either to appear before the Ld. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the decree of divorce has been granted on 18.07.2025.
