% 20.03.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of parties submitted that the dispute between the parties stands settled amicably vide settlement affidavit dated 6th March, 2024 and the same is on record. Hence, in view of the amicable settlement having been arrived at between the parties, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties prayed that the matter may be disposed of in terms of the settlement as nothing is left in the instant appeal for further adjudication.

The appellant as well as the Director of the respondent-company, appearing in-person, have been identified by their respective counsel. On the query made by this Court, the appellant and the Director of the respondent-company have categorically stated that they have entered into The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the settlement on their own free will and without any pressure. It is also stated by the parties that the entire dispute has been amicably settled between them and the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.

This Court has perused the settlement affidavit dated 6th March, 2024 and found nothing unlawful therein.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the dispute in the instant appeal does not survive anymore for further consideration. Accordingly, the parties are directed to remain bound by the terms of the said settlement.

The instant appeal alongwith accompanying applications, is thus, disposed of in terms of the settlement affidavit dated 6th March, 2024.
