This is an application seeking correction in the judgement dated 22.02.2016. In this behalf, there is a reference to two typographical errors. The first error is in paragraph 1 of the judgement, wherein, inadvertently, the name of applicant no.3/ transferee company has been shown as Hind Hotels Pvt. Ltd. instead of A.W.B India Pvt. Ltd. The second error pertains to the date of judgement mentioned on the last page. It has been mentioned as : 17.02.2016, whereas it should read as: 22.02.2016. 2.

As prayed, the errors are corrected. Paragraph 1 of judgement dated 22.02.2016, will, now, read as follows:

This is a first motion (joint) application filed by AWB Krishi Suvidha Parisar (Kota) Private Limited (applicant no.1/transferor company no.1) and AWB Krishi Upaaj Vipnan Parisar (Tal Era) Private Limited (applicant no.2/transferor company no.2) alongwith AWB India Private Limited (applicant no.3/transferee company) (hereafter collectively referred to as the applicants) under section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 (in short the 1956 Act) for approval of the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement CO.APPL.(M) 31/2016

(hereafter referred to as the scheme).A copy of the scheme is enclosed with the application......"

2.1 While, the date of the judgement, on the last page, will stand corrected to 22.02.2016.

The application is, accordingly, disposed of. Needless to say, all other directions contained in the judgement dated 22.02.2016, shall remain unaltered.
