A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking Quashing of Criminal Complaint No.9618/2023 under Chapter XVII Section 142 read with Section 138 of N.I Act read with provisions of Chapter XV of Cr.P.C challenging the Order of summons of learned M.M dated 25.03.2023 has been filed. 4.

After some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty approach the Revisional Court in accordance with law.

The present petition is permitted to be withdrawn without there being any finding on the merits of the case, with liberty as prayed for.
