O R D E R

% 07.03.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Settlement (Annexure P-2). Respondent no.2 is present in Court, who has been identified by SI Aadi Gaur of police station Keshav Puram. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

Respondent no. 2 also admits having received the entire settled amount. He has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, inasmuch as, respondent no.2 has no

objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 853/15 under Sections 420/34 IPC registered at police station Kesav Puram and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J.
