The instant petition was filed in 2022, however, notice has not been issued till date. Counsel for the Petitioner states that she has instructions to amend the writ petition. In the opinion of the Court, since notice has not been issued as yet, in case the Petitioner so desires, she can file the petition afresh.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to Petitioner to apply afresh.
