This is a petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking quashing of F.I.R. No. 0294/2020 under Section 354/323/341/509/506 of IPC dated 11.09.2020 registered at PS- GTB Enclave. 2.

The allegation is that the petitioner had an altercation with the respondent No. 2 which resulted in the registration of the FIR. 3.

During the pendency of the proceedings, the parties have arrived at a settlement on 12.02.2024, wherein the respondent No. 2 has settled the disputes and has agreed to put a closure to all their disputes. 4.

The petitioner is present and is identified by Ms. Vijay Rani, Advocate and respondent No. 2/Aditi Sharma is present in Court and is identified by ASI Trilok, PS Seemapuri who states that the matter has been settled and has no objection to her name being shown in the order sheet. 5.

lawful. Since the parties have arrived at a settlement and no disputes are pending, I am convinced that quashing of the present FIR and the chargesheet filed thereafter would bring peace and secure ends of justice. 6.

In view of the above facts and since no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the present criminal proceedings, it is directed that the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.
