% 12.03.2020 Crl.M.A. No.41546/2019 Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.C. No. 6135/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.

664/17, PS Jamia Nagar, registered under Sections 452/323/341/506/149/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on the basis of a Memorandum of Understanding dated 9.10.2019. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition submitting to the effect that the present petition suffers from technical defects in as much as the settlement in fact was arrived at between the parties in relation to the cross FIRs and that the present petition has been filed only in relation to the FIR No. 664/17, PS Signature Not Verified By:SUMIT GHAI Signing Date:07.08.2020 17:16:42 This file is PS to HMJ ANU MALHOTRA.

Jamia Nagar, registered under Sections 452/323/341/506/149/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, though there is an averment qua the cross FIR in paragraph 1 of the petition which cross FIR is 665/2017, PS Jamia Nagar, which aspect has also been affirmed by the Investigating Officer SI Narender Singh, PS Jamia Nagar. There is no opposition on behalf of the State and on behalf of the respondent No.2 to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view thereof, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.
