Learned counsel for respondent no.2 - Cyber Cell Central District submits that there is no incriminating material against the petitioner herein. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent no.2 has handed over a copy of the email dated 15th January, 2024 sent by respondent no.2 to the respondent no.3 - Bank. In the said email, request has been made by the respondent no.2 to respondent no.3 bank to de-freeze the account of the petitioner. 3.
The account number 50200066235588 of the petitioner maintained with respondent-HDFC Bank, had been frozen by the bank in terms of the st September, 2023 issued by respondent no.2 i.e. communication dated 21 Cyber Cell Central District. Now the respondent no.2 has written a letter to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the respondent no.3 - Bank requesting it to de-freeze the aforesaid account of the petitioner. Thus, it is directed that the HCFC Bank shall take expeditious steps to de-freeze the aforementioned account of the petitioner maintained with it.

In view of the aforesaid, the prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition with respect to de-freezing of its account, stands satisfied.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed of, as satisfied.
