By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking setting aside of the judgment dated 24.07.2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 20/2016, registered at Police Station Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 325/452 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC') and order on sentence dated 04.07.2023, passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket Courts, Delhi. 2.

Issue notice. The learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. 3.

On a query made by this Court, respondent no.2 who has been identified by the concerned IO, has categorically stated that he has entered into compromise out of his own free will and without any pressure, coercion or threat. It is also stated by respondent no. 2 that the entire dispute has been amicably settled between the parties. has received the compensation amount and has no objection if the judgment dated 24.07.2024 is set aside.

In view of the above fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences of their own free will, without any coercion and no useful purpose will be served by continuing the proceedings, rather the same would create further acrimony between them.

Considering the same, the judgment dated 24.07.2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 20/2016, registered at Police Station Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections325/452 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC') and order on sentence dated 04.07.2023, passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket Courts, Delhi are set aside.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. 7.
