Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled under the Scheme „Vivad Se Vishwas II‟ of Ministry of Finance. The parties are held bound by the settlement. In view of the submissions made, the present petition stands disposed of as settled.
However, let the amount deposited by the petitioner vide order dated 07.07.2023 be released along with interest accrued thereon in accordance with law.
