% 07.05.2025 CM 123/2025 (By appellant and R-1 seeking an extension till 31.07.2025 for conclusion of the evidence of the plaintiff/R-1) 1.

This joint application under Section 151 of the Code of the Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) has been filed seeking modification to the earlier order of disposal dated 27.02.2025 passed by this Court, primarily since the evidence of the witnesses are yet to be concluded within the allotted time period fixed for cross-examination.

In essence, learned counsel for the parties submit that as per the factual matrix involved, it is imperative that the time limit for crossexamination of PW-1 ought to be extended till 31.07.2025 and after conclusion of the evidence of the said PW-1, further period of four months be also granted for conclusion of the evidence of the defendant i.e., till The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
