W.P.(C) 1482/2016 & CM Appl. 6443/2016 After some arguments, Mr. Inder Bir Singh, learned counsel for petitioners states that petitioners shall participate in the new tender. He, however, prays that in the event the petitioners are not successful in the tender, they be granted time till 31st March, 2016 to vacate the premises. Since the prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners is fair and reasonable, the same is accepted.

However, it is clarified that the petitioners shall pay the existing rent and clear all existing dues till 31st March, 2016.

In the event, the petitioners do not vacate the premises on 31st March, 2016, respondents shall be at liberty to take action in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observation and direction, present writ petition and application stand disposed of.
