Learned counsel for the defendant states that as per the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 09.09.2024, the defendant has placed on record a copy of the settlement agreement dated 17.08.2024 alongwith a proof of payment to the plaintiff as well as the acknowledgment of the said payment issued by the plaintiff through e-mail dated 10.09.2024. He relies upon the documents filed under the cover of an index dated 14.09.2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that in view of the settlement and the receipt of the payment, she has instructions to withdraw the present suit.

In view of the above, the suit is dismissed taking note of the fact that all the claims of the plaintiff qua the defendant stand satisfied and no cause of action survives in favour of the plaintiff.
