% 10.02.2020 Petitioner is stated to be in custody since 8th November, 2018. He is facing trial in FIR No. 396/2018, under Section 307/34 IPC, registered at police station Dwarka North, New Delhi. He is seeking regular bail vide this application while claiming to have been falsely implicated in this case.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State has opposed this application while submitting that the trial in this case is in progress and the matter is now fixed before the learned trial court on 19th March, 2020 for recording of prosecution evidence.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is seeking parity with co-accused Sumit and Vikram, who have already been granted BAIL APPLN. 2961/2019

regular bail in this case.

Heard.

In view of the fact that accused is in JC since 8th November, 2018 and no more required for investigation and case is listed for prosecution evidence, the petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one local surety in the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the trial court concerned. The application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms accordingly. Dasti.
