1. This is an application filed by the appellants with a prayer that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties on 13.11.2024. A copy of the said settlement agreement has been placed on record.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the appeal being disposed of in terms of the settlement.

3. In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondent and having perused the settlement agreement dated 13.11.2024, we allow the application and dispose of the appeal by directing that the parties will remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 13.11.2024. Consequently, the impugned judgment will no longer be enforceable.
