% 31.05.2016

1. In view of letter no. C. No. V (Law) HQ/CE/D-I/65/2005 dated 19th May, 2016 received by Mr Satish Kumar, learned Senior Standing counsel appearing for the Petitioner, it appears that the tax effect in this matter is less than the monetary limit in terms of the Instruction No.F.No.390/Misc./163/2010-JC dated 17th December, 2015 issued by the Central Board of Excise & Customs. Accordingly, he does not press this appeal.

2. The appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
