An application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the Order dated 29.08.2024 vide which the FIR No.629/2023 was directed to be filed in the Court where FIR No.628/2023 was pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR No.628/2023 and FIR No.629/2023 filed by two complainants, when they are already witnesses in FIR No. 2/2020 by EOW.
