The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- "a. Exercise powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and quash the summoning order dated 17.08.2017 Complaint Case No. 1611/2017 titled "Abizer Kaizer Madraswala v. M/s Horizon Concepts Pvt. Ltd. & Ors" and all proceedings emanating therefore qua the Petitioner; b. Exercise powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and quash the Notice framed on the Petitioner under Section 251 CrPC vide Order dated 12.01.2023..." 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the subject complaint has been dismissed in default vide order dated 15.01.2025, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class (NI Act), East, Karkardooma, Delhi, thus, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
