The present Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for Quashing of FIR No. 629/2023and FIR No. 628/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. registered under Sections 406/420/120B/34 of IPC or for alternative directions to club the abovementioned FIRs with FIR No. 02/2020 dated 03.01.2020 registered at PS EOW.

Learned ASC for the State submits that though the charge sheet of EOW has been filed and is pending Trial, the investigations in the FIRs could not be completed on account of Stay granted by this Court vide Order dated 22.11.2023.

Submissions heard.

The FIRs may be tried in the same Court where the FIR No. 02/2020 is pending Trial.

Considering the submissions made and in view of the alternative prayer made by the petitioners, it is hereby directed that the Charge Sheet in FIR No.628/2023 and 629/2023 be filed in the Court where the Charge Sheet of EOW is pending and is being tried.

The Petitions are accordingly disposed of along with pending applications.
