This is an application filed on behalf of the Applicant seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.364/2021 dated 11.06.2021 under Sections 302/307/34 IPC registered at Police Station Badarpur. Charge sheet was filed in the said FIR, wherein Sections 147/148/149/201/120B IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 were added. 2.
By order dated 22.11.2023, this Court had granted interim protection to the Applicant against coercive action, subject to the Applicant joining investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and fully cooperating in the same.

Status report has been filed. investigation is now likely to be concluded within three weeks, after which a supplementary Charge Sheet will be filed. He further submits that no custodial interrogation of the Applicant is required at this stage. 4.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, the application is allowed and it is accordingly directed that in the event of arrest, Applicant shall be released on bail, subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court and further subject to the following conditions:- i.
Applicant shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Trial Court;
ii.
She shall furnish her mobile number to the IO and keep the same active at all times and shall not change the mobile number without prior intimation to the IO and the Trial Court; iii.
She shall appear before the Trial Court on the dates of hearing and/or for any further investigation, as and when directed by the IO;
iv.
She shall not, directly or indirectly, indulge in any illegal activity or make any inducement, threat or promise to any person associated with the case including the Complainant; and v.
She shall furnish her current residential address to the IO and intimate any change in the same to the IO and the Trial Court by way of an affidavit.

Application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms, making it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
