The learned APP, on instructions, has handed over a copy of the order dated 24.08.2023 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board-I, Kingsway Camp, Delhi in case no.606/2, whereby the accused in the present FIR who was a child in conflict with law, has already been held to be not involved in the commission of offence under Sections 363/366/376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Copy of this order be kept on record. 2.

The learned APP in view of the aforesaid order dated 24.8.2023 submits that nothing will survive in the present petition. 3.
