Mr. Satish Kumar, learned Senior standing counsel for the Appellant states that he has received instructions by letter C.No. (Law)/H.Q./CE/DI/47-2004 dated 27th May 2016 that the tax effect in this matter is lower than the minimum monetary limit as specified by the Central Board of Excise & Customs F.No. 390/Misc/163/2010-J.C. dated 17th December 2015 and therefore, this appeal has to be treated as not pressed by the Revenue.
