Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners admits that the fee of the learned Arbitrator which is Rs. 12,47,527/- has not yet been paid. 2.

He further, on instructions, submits that the petitioners are not in a position to pay the fee of the learned Arbitrator. 3.

Learned counsel on behalf of the learned Arbitrator submits that though the copy of the award was made available to the petitioners, but a lien had been exercised on the said award on account of failure of the petitioners to pay the requisite court fee and fee. 4.
