Learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the State submits that the Cancellation Report has been filed in the FIR No. 807/2023 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Burari, Delhi, before the Juvenile Justice Board-III. 2.

In view of above, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition or pursue his remedies before the Juvenile Justice Board-III. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in the above terms.
