The present appeal has been placed before this Bench on a note put up by the Registry seeking a clarification as to where the appellant is required to deposit the costs as in para 8 of the order dated 09.12.2019, it was directed that a sum of Rs.10,000/- were required to be deposited as costs by the appellant with the Delhi High Court Library Fund within two weeks. 2.

It is clarified that the costs of Rs.10,000/- imposed on the appellant are required to be deposited with the Delhi High Court Bar Association Library Fund within two weeks from today.
