The petitioner has raised a grievance regarding the electricity connection 2.
According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is not using the electricity connection Number 153076801 and the said electricity connection number is being used by respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and despite various complaints, no action has been taken. 3.
Looking at the nature of the grievance, the Court finds that the same can be agitated before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum in terms of Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003.

Reserving the aforesaid liberty in favour of the petitioner, the instant petition stands disposed of.
