The instant application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking grant of regular bail in case FIR bearing no. 645/2015, registered at Police Station Bawana, Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code ('IPC'), 1860. 2.
Learned counsel for petitioner states that he is in judicial custody for the last 08 years, it is primarily a case of substantial evidence and there is no direct evidence against him. Learned Trial Court reports that trial in this case can be concluded by 28.03.2024.
