Learned additional standing counsel submits that the agreement based on which the quashing has been sought is illegal on the face of it. Mr.Bandari submits that the accused could not have been entered into any settlement with the minor victim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the submissions made, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
