1. The original record has been produced. In the first medical examination dated 19th July 2019, the Petitioner was declared unfit as a result of Col. I. ECG abnormality and II. X-ray abnormality.

2. The Petitioner was examined to the Appeal Medical Board on 14th August, 2019 when he was declared fit for X-ray abnormality. However, he continued to be unfit for ECG abnormality. This was endorsed by the Appeal Medical Board which met on 29th August, 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner refers to a report of the his medical record at the Mathura Das Mathur Hospital, Jodhpur on 22nd November, 2019 which states that he has normal ECG and showed no cardiac

symptoms. He accordingly prays that the Petitioner be again examined at the R&R Centre.

4. Having perused the medical record, the Court is satisfied that at both stages the Petitioner was examined by fully qualified medical experts. There is no basis for this Court to doubt the concurrent view regarding Petitioner's abnormal ECG. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to interfere.
