By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner, who has been convicted in FIR No.175/2012 registered under Sections 376/506 IPC at PS Chhawla, Delhi, is seeking directions to the respondent for considering his representation for being released on parole for a period of three months. 2.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite having made a representation in this regard, the same remains unanswered. 3.

Issue notice.
