Bail Appln.2966/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks bail in pursuance to FIR No.806/2018 registered at Police Station Bindapur for the offences punishable under sections 381/420/408/468/471/120B/34 IPC. Keeping in view the serious allegations against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
