% 10.12.2019 The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr. P.C) has been filed seeking release of the petitioner on parole for a period of 30 days to attend the marriage of his real brother. Status report has been filed. The fact regarding marriage of the brother of the petitioner has been verified.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the marriage of real brother of the petitioner has already been solemnized in England and the reception ceremony is scheduled to be held on 20.12.2019 at Iceland Palace, Sursingh, District Tarn Taran, Punjab. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of 15 days from

the date of his release on his executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, subject to subject to stringent conditions, as the petitioner is going out of station i.e. to his hometown village Padhri Kala, District Tarn Taran, Punjab:- (i) The petitioner will furnish to the Investigating Officer his mobile number and the number of his father during the period of interim bail;

(ii) He will report to the concerned Station House Officer (SHO) at Village Padhri Kala, District Tarn Taran, Punjab, on every alternate day;

(iii) In case of any change in his residential address or the mobile number, he will inform the SHO/IO;

The petition is disposed of, in above terms.
