Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.673/2015 registered under Section 23 J.J.Act at PS Moti Nagar. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the respondents No.2 & 3 vide settlement agreement dated 03.02.2017.

Respondents No.2 & 3 are present with counsel and have been identified by him. I have enquired from them if they have settled the dispute with the petitioner amicably without any fear or pressure. They have informed that the dispute between the parties has been resolved amicably with their free consent and they have no CRL.M.C. 568/2017

objection to the quashing of the FIR in question. They further state that the settled amount has been received by them. 3.

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Copy of settlement agreement dated 03.02.2017 has been placed on record. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.673/2015 registered under Section 23 J.J.Act at PS Moti Nagar and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. 4.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
