% 19.02.2020 Petitioner is seeking bail in FIR No. 367/2018, under Sections 307/324/34 IPC, registered at police station Subzi Mandi, Delhi. Petitioner is stated to be in custody since 10th March, 2019. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that there are allegations of petitioner being instrumental in stabbing the victim and complainant of the FIR is yet to be examined. Learned counsel for petitioner does not press this application at this stage and seeks permission to withdraw it, with liberty to file fresh one after examination of the witnesses.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn accordingly, with liberty as prayed for.
