The instant Civil Revision Petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed against the order dated 4th August, 2023 passed in Civil Suit No. 245/2019 in application under Order VII Rule 11 read with Section 151 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of parties informed the Court that the dispute between the parties stand settled with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 28th March, 2024 which is on record. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submitted that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement and further submitted that nothing has left for further adjudication in the instant matter as per Settlement Agreement.

This Court has perused the Settlement Agreement dated 28th March, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 02/08/2024 at 11:34:42
2024 and found nothing unlawful therein.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the instant petition alongwith pending application(s), if any, accordingly stands disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 28th March, 2024 as nothing has left for further adjudication in the instant petition. 6.
The parties are also directed to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 28th March, 2024.
