% 24.02.2021 The Bail Application has been declined vide order dated 17.01.2020, however, there were directions issued to the learned Trial Court to make an endeavour to complete the trial of the case within a year from the date 17.01.2020.

The matter is taken up on an office note, in view of letter dated 11.02.2021, received from the learned ASJ-02, seeking the extension of time to conclude the trial for reasons mentioned in the letter which indicate that the cross-examination of the prosecutrix is still in progress. In the interest of justice, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial of the case within a period of six months from today. Copy of this order be sent to the learned trial Court.
