Mr. Vipul Agarwal, learned Senior Standing Counsel, informs that the return of income of the petitioner-assessee of assessment year 2020-21has been accepted and therefore, the writ petition has been practically rendered infructuous. He has produced a copy of the order dated 25.03.2025 in this regard. The same is taken on record.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 3.

A liberty is granted to apply for revival, if any of petitioner's grievances still subsists.
