The aforesaid petition is perused and submissions heard. In view of the reasons mentioned in captioned petition, the captioned petition stands allowed and the witnesses mentioned in the prayer clause of the captioned petition be summoned through all permissible modes before the learned Arbitrator on date fixed i.e. 16.09.2025 with complete summoned records, if any, on taking steps by the applicant/petitioner within one week from today.
