This is a petition filed under Section 14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking termination of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator with effect from 24.05.2025.

It is stated that the present petition has been jointly filed and that the parties have settled their disputes and do not wish to further appear before the learned arbitrator.

The claimant and respondent are present in-person and are identified by their respective counsels Mr. Gupta and Mr. Mishra. 4.
For the reasons stated above and in view of the statement of the parties, the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator is hereby terminated. 5.
The petition is disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
