This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 167/2015 dated 21.03.2015 under Sections 380/448/457/506 IPC registered at PS: Ranjit Nagar. 2.

On 01.03.2024, this Court had recorded the submission of the counsel for the Petitioners that albeit complainant had filed an affidavit in support of the petition giving her 'No Objection', however, she was presently untraceable.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach this Court after the complainant is traced out.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
