% 31.10.2017 By way of this revision petition under Section 397/401 of the Cr.P.C., order on charge dated 12.10.2015 and order of framing charge dated 17.12.2015 have been challenged whereby charge under Sections 352/451/34 IPC was framed against the petitioners in FIR No. 413/2006 registered at P.S. Defence Colony. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complainant has withdrawn the matter in lower court and, therefore, she seeks leave to withdraw the present revision petition. In view of above submissions made, the petition and the application stand dismissed as withdrawn.
