Learned CGSC has placed on record a status report on behalf of respondent no. 1, wherein, it is recorded as under: "C. In this connection, it is hereby submitted that the said unauthorized/illegal encroachment has been removed as per the directions of Hon'ble Delhi High Court and further executed by L&DO in compliance to the Hon'ble Court Order and the land is freed from illegal construction and unauthorized encroachment. engaged for the construction of Supreme Court Project at the said area. It is also pertinent to mention herein that there are 2 properties listed at S. No. 8 (Chakra Wali Masjid) and S. No. 42 (Qadin Kabrasthan) as per Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification Dated: 05.03.2014, which form part of Khara No. 484, Near DPS Mathura Road. These, and a few other religious structures existing on the site have not been removed nor has any disruption been caused thereon."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings. 4.
The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
