The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.
78/2013 under Sections 406/419/420/467/468/469/470/120B/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Uttam Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no. 2. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer.

The petitioners are present in Court and are identified by their counsel.

The petitioners and respondent no.2 have resolved their disputes in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 22.02.2019 arrived at before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts (Mediation No. 1185/2019 in suit No. 8985/2016 captioned 'Ashok Tyagi v. Subhash @ Manga & Ors.'). 7.
In terms of the said settlement, the petitioners have agreed to pay a sum of ₹5,50,000/- to respondent no. 2 towards full and final settlement of all his claims. Respondent no.2 acknowledges the receipt of the aforesaid amount of ₹5,50,000/- and joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed.

In view of the statements made before this Court, the petition is allowed and FIR No.
78/2013 under Sections 406/419/420/467/468/469/470/120-B/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Uttam Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 9.
The petitioners and respondent no.2 shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of the statements recorded herein. 10.
