Petitioner has approached this Court seeking bail in FIR No.307/2020, registered at Police Station Kanjhawala for offences under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120B/34 IPC.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the co-accused - Mukesh Kumar, has been granted bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTSC)(POCSO), North West, Rohini Courts, vide Order dated 08.07.2024. be greater than that of Mukesh Kumar. He further states that the impersonator has also been granted bail. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach the competent Court seeking bail on the ground of parity.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.
